The first word that comes to mind in regards to Lorton’s Horsemanship is safety. Safety for the rider and for the horse is their first priority. They know how to read a rider and a horse and can tell when a possible problem could be brewing.

I can testify to that because when Shannia, my granddaughter, was riding her mare on a trail ride, the mare began to act strange and Juilie noticed it. At the next lesson, the mare was really beginning to sull up and Juilie had Shannia dismount and had another rider work with her. Sure enough, there was a major problem. Had Juilie not noticed this on the ride and checked it out at the lesson, there could have been a major accident for both my granddaughter and her mare.

Thanks to Juilie and Lorton Horsemanship, the mare has worked out her problems and Shannia can now feel comfortable and know she and the mare can continue on with their lessons, safely.
